Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.

3. Methods of payment

- Bank transfer

- Paypal (A 4% PayPal fee will be applied).
If you wish to pay via PayPal, please contact us before placing any order, thank you.

The customer's order will not be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. The online payment with Paypal is done through the security system "Secure Socket Layer", which encrypts your bank details when they are processed via internet.
If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
In addition, for any order whose amount exceeds a scale set by http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com, the customer will be asked for a national identity card and proof of address to be sent by fax or email, which will be indicated in due course.

Once the order is placed, the customer will be sent a notification of accepted payment to your email where you will be informed of the order placed. As soon as the payment is confirmed in our bank, we will proceed to the preparation and shipment of your order.

4. SHIPMENTS AND SHIPPING COSTS
For logistical reasons, we can only ship within the European Union, we do not sell outside the European Union, sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.


5. RETURNS.
- In accordance with the provisions of the consumer legislation RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, every customer of the Store http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com has the right to return orders processed within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Once the period of 14 days has elapsed, no returns will be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Watches cannot be returned/credited if they have been worn, the protective packaging material has been removed or if the strap/bracelet size has been adjusted.
Custom made/custom watches made to order may not be returned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

- Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging and in perfect condition (without damage, wear, breakage or dirt) with all its accessories, instruction manuals and documentation (provided that the same bring it with them).

- The system will not allow returns after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- It is only possible to return an order if you are a registered customer of http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com.


See below the reason for your return:

A) Returns for WITHDRAWAL (exchange).

1. Procedure. If you want to change the item (s) for another (s), the customer must contact trigalux@alabartrellotgers.com and detail the reasons for the return (withdrawal) or incidence. Once we receive the request, the customer will receive an email with the address to which you must send the product(s) to be returned, always indicating name, surname, address and order reference number. To do so, please contact your courier service to send us the return.

2. Refund. Once we receive the product(s) we will check that it is in perfect condition and unused, we will generate a voucher for the amount of the product(s) to be returned (without shipping costs) that you will receive via email.


B) RETURNS FOR BREAKAGE IN TRANSPORT.

1. Procedure. In the case of damaged products (blow, breakage or dent) produced by an inadequate transport, you must contact us within 5 working days after receiving the order. To initiate this procedure the customer must send an email to trigalux@alabartrellotgers.com and indicate the reason for the return (breakage in transport) providing a photograph of the outer packaging, interior and sticker of the transport company and indicating the reason for the return.
If it detects that the packaging has been tampered with or badly damaged in transit, the buyer must refuse the shipment by stating it on the carrier's delivery note.

2. Refund. In case of out of stock of the product(s) purchased, the refund will be made through a voucher for the same amount plus the proportional shipping costs of such products.


C) RETURNS FOR SHIPPING ERRORS.

1. Procedure. If any item(s) does not correspond to the order placed by the customer must contact us, within 14 days of receipt, through trigalux@alabartrellotgers.com, indicating the reason for the return (error in shipping). Once issued the incident we will request photographs of the product sent, once received, http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com will be responsible for the collection and replacement of the product (s) sent by mistake at no cost to the customer.

2. Refund.
http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com will proceed to send the correct product or otherwise make a purchase voucher for the same amount plus the proportional shipping costs of such products previously sent in error.


D) RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEM (BREAKAGE).

1. Procedure. In the case of receiving defective products (not working or malfunctioning) the customer must contact us, within 14 days from the date you receive your order, through trigalux@alabartrellotgers.com, indicating the reason for the return (defective product). Once the incident has been issued, we will ask you for photographs of the defective product and/or videos of the malfunction of the product sent.

2. Refund. In case of out of stock of the product(s) purchased, the refund will be made through a voucher for the same amount plus the proportional shipping costs of such products.
Warranty

1. In the event that the purchased product is defective for reasons not attributable to the customer, http://www.trigalux.com / http://www.relumer.com will proceed to repair, replace or refund through a voucher for the same amount, as appropriate, within two years from the date of purchase.

2. Unless proven otherwise, the delivery is understood to have been made on the day shown on the invoice.

3. Warranties can be handled free of charge through trigalux@alabartrellotgers.com.
The customer will send the product to the technical service to be assessed by our technicians. Once the assessment is done, it will be determined if it really corresponds to the terms of warranty or otherwise a misuse of the product, in the case that corresponds to a warranty will be sent the repaired product at no cost to the customer or a new one in the event that it has no repair. If we do not have the product at that time a voucher will be made for the amount of the same.


In the same way, together with the repaired or replaced product, the seller will deliver to the consumer or user documentary proof of delivery stating the date of delivery and, where appropriate, the repair carried out.
